Leftover Steak with Fresh Chimichurri and Grilled Jalapeño
Have leftover venison steak? I took this outside round that had been properly seared and rested and turned it into a killer breakfast.
Simply slice the leftover steak with fresh ingredients. In this case; potatoes, mushrooms, and peppers. Pan fry until brown, top with fresh chimichurri and grilled jalapeño, and start your day the Whitetailer way.
Simple yet effective.
