Chipotle Lime Shrimp with Venison Tenderloin
Make a quick marinade for the shrimp with a couple tablespoons of dry ground chipotle pepper, salt, pepper, a shot of vegetable oil and the juice of a lime or two, depending on how many shrimp you have.
Let marinade for a few minutes while your grill heats up.
Grill Venison with salt and pepper until temperature meets 135° (mid-rare)
Grill until shrimp until pink. While hot, toss the cooked shrimp chopped cilantro + scallions (green onion) while sprinkling with more lime juice.
Eat em while they’re hot!
